The hotel property is very nicely kept and clean.
I felt quite uncomfortable during my stay, especially at night. The area surrounding the hotel was unsettling, with visible drug activity and homelessness. I found it hard to relax knowing that I had to be cautious when stepping out, which dampened my overall experience.

Convenient location and decent breakfast options
I recently stayed for 2 nights, and I found the location really convenient, just a short walk from the main train station, which is perfect for exploring. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, offering a compact but varied selection of options that included fresh bread and eggs. I did notice that the carpets could use a good cleaning, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location is convenient, only about 20 minutes on foot to the city center, and the tram stop right across the street is a bonus. The breakfast offered a great variety, including some delightful home-made ice cream. the room was quite small and lacked an iron unless requested from the front desk. A tiny elevator only accommodates three people, making access to the upper floors a bit challenging.
